By making a purchase you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
Browse our website, on the Products page or use the search function and find the product(s) what you want. Then confirm its availability and price if you want to order online, or you can come down to our office, after confirming that the product is still in stock.
Please note, all the images are for illustrative purposes only and we reserve the right to substitute items of superior or equal quality, where items are discontinued or temporarily unavailable.
Payment & Currencies
All prices offered are exempt from VAT. The total price offered is the price you will be charged. Payment for all goods is by way of bank transfer or direct bank deposit. Currency is Nigerian Naira (NGN). If you want to pay in foreign currency, kindly contact us before you make payment
Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before Delivery.
Delivery is quoted to your chosen location; charges for other delivery destinations will be confirmed prior to your order being dispatched. It is your responsibility to confirm the delivery location.
Delivery will be way of National and will arrive within 48 hours depending on the location, and state the items will be dispatched.
All goods must be checked on arrival, the goods must agree with the delivery and order documentation.
All goods must be signed for, title and risk of the goods shall pass to you upon deliver and receipt by our carrier of a signed delivery note. All of our items are delivered with one of our Company Truck.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorization for or receive your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in this Terms Of Service
Faulty Goods – In the unlikely event that the goods are in any way faulty, you have the right to a full refund for faulty goods 30 days after the item purchase date. We will issue a returns note and arrange for collection, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are available for collection and are returned within 30 days. It is your responsibility to advise us in writing or email if you require replacement goods or a refund. A refund for returned faulty goods will be made within 14 days after inspection of the goods. Replacement goods will be sent immediately after inspection of the returned goods.
If for any reason you wish to return goods that are not faulty, you may do this at any time up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned undamaged and in re-saleable condition in their original packaging. Any such returned goods are returned at your own cost and risk. A refund for returned undamaged goods, less original delivery costs will be made within 14 days after inspection of the goods.
If you require alternative goods it is your responsibility to advise us on your requirements.
This returns policy does not apply to the returning of unwanted goods that have been specially produced in design, colour or bespoke in any way, a separate contract applies in this case.
We shall incur no liability for failure to perform our obligations under this contract due to the existence of circumstances which we have not caused or are beyond our control.
